US - Texas Senate Commendations Honor Julian Rodriguez - Associates' 20th Anniversary Ahead of IMF Meetings

U.S. Senator John Cornyn and Texas State Senator Sarah Eckhardt commend Austin firm's two decades of forensic risk leadership and academic research.
Austin, Texas Sep 19, 2026 (Issuewire.com) - Julian Rodriguez & Associates, an Austin-based research and advisory firm, has received dual legislative recognitions from the United States Senate and the Senate of the State of Texas in honor of its 20th anniversary.
U.S. Senator John Cornyn issued an official United States Senate commendation recognizing the firm's two decades of continuous economic stewardship and academic contributions. Concurrently, the Texas Senate adopted Senate Proclamation No. 230, authored by State Senator Sarah Eckhardt, commending Managing Principal Julian Rodriguez, Jr. for 20 years of professional excellence as a Texas-based researcher and scholar.
The Texas Senate Proclamation highlights Mr. Rodriguez's background in the United States Air Force applying operational logistics and systems integrity, his work in cross-border tax compliance and jurisdictional risk architecture, and his development of the Systemic Intent Shadow (SIS) framework as a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA).
The dual honors capping off a landmark year arrive as Mr. Rodriguez prepares for his upcoming international engagement in Asia. In October 2026, he will participate as an invited observer at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and World Bank Group Annual Meetings in Bangkok, Thailand. This follows his active academic circuit in Europe earlier this year--including observing proceedings at the United Nations Institute for Disarmament Research (UNIDIR) Global Conference on AI, Security and Ethics in Geneva, as well as engagements in Croatia and Portugal--alongside ongoing research initiatives with COMECSO and RAGA/UNAM.
"We are deeply honored by the recognitions from Senator Cornyn and Senator Eckhardt," said Julian Rodriguez, Jr., Managing Principal. "As automated decision-making and AI governance reshape policy worldwide, observing how international institutions balance regulatory frameworks and operational execution remains central to our work."
