Virginia International Pageants Crowns State Titleholders

Maryland, United States Jan 20, 2022 (Issuewire.com) - Virginia International Pageants crowned Five new titleholders on Saturday, January 15, 2022, in Roanoke, Virginia. Tinsley Bishop of Fredericksburg VA was crowned as Miss Pre-Teen Virginia 2022, Erica Dutton of Leesburg Virginia, VA was crowned as Miss Teen Virginia 2022, Briana Williams was crowned as Miss Virginia 2022, Lakimbria Penn-White was crowned Ms. Virginia 2022, and Jeri Ward of the southwest, VA was crowned as Mrs. Virginia 2022. They were joined by special guests, Miss Pre-Teen International 2021, Morgan Taylor, who served as the Special Guest, and Mrs. International 2021, Yolanda Stennett who served as a Mistress of Ceremony.
The candidates who were vying for the titles of Miss Pre-Teen, Miss Teen, Miss, and Mrs. competed in four distinct categories of judging: Fun Fashion Wear, Fitness Wear, Personality Poise, and Projection in Evening Wear, and Interview.
Executive Director, Janelle Wright, stated: "This pageant is meant to empower each lady and provide them with an avenue to highlight their accomplishments and respective platforms. Virginia International Pageants promotes confidence and celebrates female leadership."
The Four Virginia 2022 titleholders will compete for a national title in Kingsport, Tennessee from July 18th through July 31st, 2022.
