YOO ARUBA Announces Certified Completion of Phase 2 Foundation Works and December 1 Price Adjustment

Aruba, Aruba Sep 26, 2026 (Issuewire.com) - YOO ARUBA today announced the certified completion of Phase 2 -- Foundation Works, an important construction milestone in the development of the project. The company also confirmed that a revised price schedule will take effect on December 1, 2026, providing prospective purchasers the opportunity to secure current pricing through November 30, 2026, subject to availability and the applicable purchase documentation.
The completion of Phase 2 has been certified by Donato Mesce, Architect, CIV No. 39617. The architect's certification, dated August 14, 2026, confirms that the foundation works within the Phase 2 scope had been fully completed as of that date.Construction activity commenced with excavations on May 28, 2026, followed by the start of foundation works on June 24, 2026.
The completed foundation package establishes the base for the next planned construction stages of YOO ARUBA.In parallel with this construction milestone, YOO ARUBA will implement a price adjustment effective December 1, 2026.
